  2. I’ve been taking 30,000-50,000 IU everyday with magnesium, k2, zinc and boron.
    My blood level is above 150 and feeling great.

  4. Dr. Berg, which dosage do you recommend for Vitamin D3 and for K2 during the 2 weeks? And how should I adapt the dosage after the 2 weeks?

  5. You are absolutely right. However, you forget to mention that you must also take vitamin A with vitamin D! 😳You must have vitamin A in order for your body to release the vitamin D! 🙄 Have you ever noticed that when you buy milk, it always has vitamins A and D added?.🧐 This is so your bones can absorb the calcium. When calcium is not absorbed, you will later have arthritis! 🧐 I have been watching your posts for years and you have been doing a incredible job! 🤗💌

  6. It nearly a month for the effects to totally kick in for me, but now I can actually sleep through the night & the uncomfortableness in my legs has almost completely disappeared.
    Be patient, folks! Chances are you have been abusing your body for decades. It just needs some time & consistency to heal.

  7. Thanks so much I’ve been taking high doses of vitamin D3 now for a few months and I’ve noticed that a lot of my major issues that were giving me so much pain and discomfort have decreased immensely and I take the vitamin D3 along with K2 zinc and magnesium. Thank you Dr. Berg.

  9. vitamin d3 and k2 work better than pain killers for me. it’s like it actually solves the problem, instead of just covering up the pain, it fixes it

  10. For those wondering what Dr Berg recommends …
    10,000 to 50,000 IU D – 3 per day along with vitamin K2-MK7 with a meal containing healthy fat like avocado or cream, butter, meat etc

    you need to take magnesium glycinate at night as it helps you sleep better.

    Zinc should be taken in the morning or afternoon as it interferes with magnesium.
