I’ve been using Reverse Pyramid Training (while ramping up, of course) for a few years now, and love it. I have found that it not only helps me physically, but also psychologically when the first working set is the heaviest. The subsequent sets are smooth(er) sailing.
I prefer you when you’re alone or talking to a man but that chick is annoying.
