You’re welcome!
It’s all in Fast Food and Restaurant food !
That’s why I eat at home. Olive and avocado oil.
And supermarket products.
@@elainegoad9777 yep, fix your own stuff at home as we do, only with olive oil or avocado oil.
Olive oil is fine. Don’t believe the people saying you can’t fry with it. Thats not the entire truth. It does break down more easily than other oils. But the type you buy matters. Single source pure cold pressed oil is fine to heat and eat. Just keep in mind that the longer you heat it the more it’ll break down and lose nutrients. It only becomes toxic if overheated for 24 hours straight. Don’t mean to call everyone else wrong, just wanna spread awareness and give the full information on the issue
Hi., Thank you for sharing the info. Where did you hear it’s toxic only if you heat 24hrs straight?
@ I’ll send the link
Thank you, Dr. Berg!
Welcome! Anytime!
Thank you Doctor.
Welcome, Mahalia!
Insulin in tiny amounts could block your ability to lose weight……..You got to keep this in your mind.
Is olive oil alright?
Hi! Extra virgin olive oil is a healthy fat, great for you to consume!
Sadly these oils are everywhere in every restaurant, unless ur completely dedicated to avoiding them then you shouldnt eat out, ever
Yes, that is the case in restaurants, and almost all ready-made food. It is safest and healthiest to just make your own with wholesome ingredients.
@@Drberghydrogenated oils!!!
@@DrbergWe do that but still eat out twice a week and avoid fries and burger joints 99% of the time.
@@Drberg you should also mention that the temperature is a main factor… Never overheat any oil or fat.
Thank you! I’m so glad we have you to keep us informed! I love me an awakened doctor!
You’re absolutely welcome!
