So helpful! That’s one of the hardest things about eating clean and low carb is getting hungry when you’re away from home! Last week, I forgot to pack boiled eggs for our road trip and I got super hungry and didn’t know what to eat. A friend of mine had told me if you’re ever in a pinch that Wendy’s is the least bad of all the fast food places. I got a chicken wrap and it was disgusting. When you’re used to eating real food, Wendy’s just doesn’t cut it. These snacks are great ideas! Thanks for sharing!

I do the same thing I have snacks at work keto friendly .I have a little bag I bring with me with the keto friendly flavored powders for flavoring my water and splenda for coffee and snacks as well
In addition to ALWAYS having a variety of low carb snacks w/ me at all times….I take my meal that I prepped for the day. I can eat it cold, I do not care. It has been my way of staying on track since I began in 2021. Have not eaten ANYTHING or gone off the rails in over 3 years. WOW!

Be careful with the wilde protein chips… it contains some Modified tapioca starch and Maltodextrin. It spikes the blood sugar really bad 🙁 i nkow this for a fact because my husband is diabetic.
I think it’s so important when you do such a great job of this, to reiterate that we will always love love food. When we make smarter choices consistently, without losing that love, that’s when the real magic happens

PaleoValley snack bars and meat sticks are super yummy, clean and low carb too! Zero added sugar and natural sweeteners in the bars and the meat sticks are zero carbs. Soooo good and easy to grab and go! I like the Kind bars too. They’re higher carb, but also really clean. Just thought I’d share my favs. I have chronic kidney disease, so I’m only allowed about 60g of protein per day. I have to eat more carbs to make up the difference. I would up my fats more, which I do for the weed healthier fats as much as I can, but fats and protein go hand in hand
I had an empty jar of jalapeno slices that was half full of brine,so I drained about a cup of dill chips and added them to the brine with a few packets of sweetener and let sit a few days…fantastic!!!!!
