Wats this
She doesn’t know anything you know better y you messing your channel up
For variation I guess? Being a content creator is not easy. But of course she won’t know as much stuff as him, he is VERY passionate about the field.
She’s very knowledgeable and it really shows in the way she explains the topic in this video. May you be treated as you treat others. Blessings.
I disagree, completely. I think she spoke very eloquently, succinctly and eruditely, on the subject. Please learn to offer your critiques more constructively and without insult.
I disagree too
I think she’s too smart and somehow Young women being bothers some people
I love the addition of Inka and find her input highly valuable. Either specify with examples or keep it to yourself, so negative.
I often take tryptophan or 5htp as a sleep aid. If I’ve had chicken for dinner I skip it. I also usually try and save me carbs for my last meal of the day because they usually make me bonk. This is some really good content and helps with a holistic plan for aging and overall health especially as it pertains to sleep quality, mood and learning. This is one of the best videos I’ve seen in a long time.
Why not if you’ve had chicken?
@dragonfishing the level of tryptophan in chicken
I’m such a nerd, but I get to start red light therapy today. I am happy to add this to my routine!! Just had to tell everyone how excited I am!! 😂🤣
Great presentation! Thanks!👍
Chris Masterjohn PhD explained this about tryptophan years ago. He has recently reminded us not to spike your blood glucose over 140 (US). I think niacin figures into this process as well.
Please do a video on insomnia and/or sleep apnea and how to improve that.
Wow, fascinating. I’m constantly changing nutrient inputs and timing. This tryptophan delivery to the brain is a critical consideration. Thanks!
I might do nuts, and collagen at night (as I often have) more regularly, as well as some carbs to help fall asleep and deliver this amino acid. What about excess tryptophan, say with whey protein? Will excess amounts taken in also deliver tryptophan to the brain even with the competing proteins?
