  2. These are all a part of my daily diet. Battling stage 4 endometrial adenocarcinoma with diet and Joe Tippins protocol. I have outlived (symptom free) my oncologist’s survival prediction by far! Thank you for your work, Dr Berg! All glory to God!

    • I am familiar with Joe tippens protocol. I am trying to get my dad to try it. I have tested various animal antiparasitic medication on myself after lots of research. I tested them so I know exactly how they would effect my dad. I took equimax(praziquantal/Ivermectin), panacur(fenbendazole). I also take food grade diatomaceous earth. I am gonna be trying 100% pure gum spirits next. My intention was to test these things out like a guinea pig because of my dad. I wouldn’t want to recommend anything that could hurt him. In my testing I have lowered my liver enzymes and also corrected my hypothyroidism. I am off my levothyroxine and all of my labs are normal. I got 3 doctors confused. I have also cured my chronic constipation and digestive issues. I have lost tons of inches of fat and bloating off my midsection. My acne and skin problems are gone. I lost 15 lbs. My cellulite has improved dramatically. I have energy and sleep better. My anxiety and depression has improved. Basically all of my health problems have improved. I had parasites and they were the root cause of all my health problems. I have pictures of all of them. Lol. Keep doing what you are doing and keep doing your research because we can’t depend on our medical professionals.

  4. When Dr. Berg pops up on my phone I know to listen or save to listen later, or pass it on to someone I care for. I love this Doctor visit right at my hands! Dr Berg illustrates it simple, colorful, and gives the detailed information straight to the points of health. This makes it easy to remember. I love his short to the point educational visits!!!

    • between Dr Berg and Dr Sten Eckberg I get such great info. Dr Eckberg is also a great explainer! I always want to know not only what to ingest but why or why not …. these guys are so packed with info you can not go far off course…. and Dr Justin Fung sure adds a lot too. ( might be Jason)

  5. Thank you for this helpful video. I had a liver transplant when I was 18 months old, I’m 30 now. Honestly I’ve haven’t always taken the best care of myself, including neglecting eating or drinking. Tho the pickiest eater of my family & would hardly eat most of these most my younger years. I still ate fine & I’ve always seemed active & healthy. I’ve recently gave some of these ingredients (like mushrooms) a second chance and found they are not as bad as I once thought. I guess it was in my head or taste bugs really do change, so DON’T be afraid to try something new or re-try something old (Depending). Tho this vid was randomly recommended to me even tho it’s been years since I watch anything medical or similar, I’m glad I watched. The main reason is I found out one my favorite food, that I’ve always (& probably always will) is Broccoli! One the highest producer of Sulforaphane! Not only that, this has given me ideas to make so many perfect healthy dishes for me and my loved ones! Thanks again & stay Healthy!

  6. This video by Dr. Eric is extremely important for everyone. His thoroughness on this particular subject matter will benefit anyone who is focused on respecting and loving their bodies. My T2D has been in full control with this type of eating. I am also a former Chef and my hobby is to gain as much knowledge as possible to maintain excellent nutrition. Thank you Dr. Eric and please keep the videos coming !!

  7. Dr Berg, Thanks for the way you explain where we all can understand. I am just beginning Keto and If. I am 70 yrs old and am a strong believer that is it never to late to change things in your life to be the best you can be. So glad I found you.

  8. Dr. Eric Berg’s detailed insight is rare which means he genuinely cares about the well-being of all. Well worth watching each program through.

  9. Thank you doc for your advice. I started intermittent fasting a year ago and I’ve reduced my weight by >20%. All my pre-diabetes and obesity symptoms disappeared. When I plateaued in my weight loss, I went OMAD and broke my fast every day with a green smoothie loaded with most of the food listed in this video and it helped me to break through while feeling better than ever. I’ve heard from a friend naturopath that turmeric effects are enhanced if combined with black pepper and fat.
In my green smoothie, I used to put: a handful of raw kale or cabbage, 1/2 cup of blueberries or raspberries, a tropical fruit (banana, mango or pineapple), a clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of turmeric, pepper freshly milled, a pinch of salt, 1/2 avocado, 1 tbsp of grape seed oil, 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, some organic apple cider vinegar or some lime juice, a few goji berries, a spoon of monkey bread flour, and a selection of spices: cayenne pepper, cinnamon, marjolaine, nutmeg, thyme, rosemary, ginger… in small quantities. All diluted in water or kombucha tea. Every day I am combining those ingredients for not eating twice the same smoothie.
I’ve heard from a study that breaking fast with carbs is a mistake that could cancel the benefits of fasting, and it’s better to break with proteins, fat or vegetables. From my experience with the daily smoothie to break fast, it worked. I went from 31% body fat to 20%. My goal is to reach 14%.

  10. Dr. Berg. I do not say this lightly, but you are a national and international treasure. You have improved countless lives, including my family. 🙏 THANK YOU!

    • I agree with you Aviyaytor. I came to know about Dr. Berg two months ago. From then I have been watching minimum three videos daily. AT times I watch the same video again. I cannot thank enough for the priceless knowledge shared with us. The presentation is so simple and with pictures it is very easy to understand.

  11. I highly recommend the informative videos of Dr. Eric Berg. Knowing which foods to avoid and which foods to consume is the first place to start and Dr Berg’s tutorials are a user friendly guide to learning and implementing new strategies that have been proven to increase natural vitality. Thank you Dr. Berg.

    • It would be very beneficial if he would do a time list on the subjects he covers because he’s leaving people in the dark on what exactly the topic name that he’s speaking about forever!!! Thanks for the info

  12. I include garlic religiously in almost everything I eat. My preferred choice of oils is olive oil and as for turmeric, I include that in my daily disease prevention morning wellness drink. At 50, I feel far more alive, vibrant, clear headed and stronger than I EVER felt in my 20’s during college when my diet consisted of beer, pizza and Chinese take out!!!

  13. Was watching this again for the umpteenth time as I always forget what foods were mentioned. Realized I ate 5 out of 7 for dinner. I blindly just followed Dr Berg’s routines for eating. I feel like I’ve watched enough that I’ve molded my eating habits for the better, for good! Much thanks. I’m so much healthier than ever.

  14. Absolutely invaluable content Dr Berg- thank you! All of these recommendations are fids that I enjoy, I now only use olive, coconut, avocado oils. Thanks to you my heart palpitations have almost vanished 😊. I was consuming far too many carbs. Since reducing these, my arrhythmia has noticeably reduced saving me from a life of medications which I have never been a fan of! Keep up your brilliant work which is helping millions around the world 😁!

    • invaluable and priceless are not the same, i wouldn”t use invaluable to express what you said in your comment

    • Thank you very much for your advice of what foods can detoxify our liver. I will now take these foods for my daily menu.More power Doc.

    • Strictly coconut oil for me; But about arrhythmia; I’m full recovered and able to run mountains again thanks to medication combined with electric shock hospital treatment. Twice for me.

  15. This video lights me up because my biggest passion is healthy food, nutrition and a healthy body. So interesting to watch, and I eat all of these foods. Thank you Dr Berg, your research is priceless! 😊

  16. Turmeric and Milk Thistle saved my life. After a week of taking them with fasting;
I was eating WAY less than I used to, probably from my blood sugar and insulin finally balancing out after years of poor eating habits.
I’m back under 200 lbs for the first time in 9 years. Thank you for the great advice Doc

    • @Nadia Black They all come in capsule form. You can find it at any vitamin store. The powder or seed form is more difficult to find; you normally have to look in a special type of grocery store for them

    • @XenoGuru great thanks for the info, I wasn’t sure how to buy them for the best. I have a good shop near me I will get them tomorrow, thanks again

    • @Nadia Black I make up a drink called golden milk which has turmeric in it. I understand turmeric is best taken with oil and black pepper to make it more bio-available. I use almond milk and also add ashwangandha and honey.

  17. I think if We had Dr Berg when I was in high school, I would have considered taking up medicine or medical science as a course and career. You breakdown medical facts so much better to understand. Thank you for educating us about health. More power to you

  18. This is amazingly uncomplicated. Very encouraging and motivating. Not overloaded with unnecessary information. Thank you for leading us into a better way to deal with a damaged liver. Kudos and respect. Better than an expensive doctors appointment. Wow
