I’m so down for quality and carnivore beef butter eggs (quality Margaret River eggs in Western Australia). Eat quality omad/2mad and cook from trusted ingredients. I have to live for another 30 years in the best quality built body.
Wow. “Processed food matter specificially when it comes to carbohydrates.” Dr. Berry needs to see this.
Great talk. Thank you.
Interesting video.
“If it’s got a bar code on it then don’t eat it” – Dr Pradip Jamnadas.
Thank you – from Australia; it was lovely to hear the kiwi accent!
“Evidence” for good vs bad carbs, sure! Carbs are carbs and fruit is one of the worst “whole” food sources. Reminds me of Saladino aka FructoseMD and his “whole food matrix”.
How do you know that?
Wow, mocking Dr Chaffee is very low and quite unprofessional of her. It’s an obvious and clear sign she has no real argument to the fact.
Does she even know what food for humans is?
Great talk. Good to see some sensible national nutrition guidelines in Brasil.
But plants ARE trying to kill you! 🙂 Fibre is also not required and in fact highly inflammatory for humans – great for cattle, not for us. Carnivore is all HISS 1 (although butter is 2?) Great presentation – thank you.
honestly the only thing I miss about eating plants is brussel sprouts with butter on them, or mashed kabocha, but I am loving carnivore
we are all in a lot of trouble. all of us. even elon musk. we all need to start being much nicer to each other. all our foods have bin laden. laced. spiked. starting with town water. good video. 🤠
Says who?
7:58 _”Cellular carbohydrates are what we know to be our good quality carbs. … and there is emerging evidence to show that they express differently in the body and in particular, the acellular carbohydrates form a _*_hormonal manure_*_ in the body which promotes insulin resistance.”_
That’s totally new to me. Fascinating.
Milieu. Not manure. Though funnier!
lmao, hormonal milieu, not manure. Those kiwi accents are tricky.
Very educational.
