    • Since Glycine is totally safe so he would probably not be concerned with the 5 you are getting from collagen. Personally I take 9 grams of collagen, 5 grams leucine, 5 grams creatine in coffee before exercise. Leucine is bitter BTW

  2. Is it not the case that high LDL on a low cab diet can be associated with weight loss? i.e. Once you reach a point of “maintenance” the excess blood LDL is metabolised.

  3. Hair loss isn’t genes, and topical shampoos will do almost nothing as the drivers of it are internal.

    It’s complex, but the biggest factor (put simply) is probably too many sugars without enough exercise, which drives hormonal changes and damage of the capillaries which are both hostile to hair growth. Vit D and K2 are also big factors.
