  1. Are fructooligosaccharides bad for me? It’s in my magnesium drink. Isn’t this fructose you said we should avoid?

  2. I am 62 years old female . I have type two diabetic no medication. I started the keto diet intermittent fasting and carnivore. I’ve been putting more butter in my diet and I’ve been having pain on my right side. Is that my gallbladder and it hurts? What can I do about it because I’m putting too much butter in my diet too fast.

    • Go plant based but eat eggs twice a week so 6 eggs a week. Eat less meat and use plant based butter. Country crock makes a vegan butter that taste like the real thing

  3. iam a dentist but have helped about 5 of my clients recover from type 2 diabetes and many others on weight loss…i have bee on keto and intermittent fasting for 2 yrs now …i was 102kg and now i maintain 80-83k. iam 55 but my friends tell me i have become younger now look like 40….i do OMAD and IF

    • I’ll answer you fairly young smart accomplished and definitely a women’s man so what is your future. Well being god I do know your future but I do know this YOU ARE IN CONTRONTTOL OF IT..

  4. Exercise: I am 70. I have 47 steps from my front door up to my bedroom. Floor Barre class 2x a week. Walk every day.

  5. S W F – 75 yrs old – little over weight – pronounced SIBO – Local practitioners said ‘ride it’ out’ onset probably gestational diabetes – Advice? MN USA

  6. Thanks for the COQ10 video. Feeling much better since I’ve started taking it. I had recently started HBP meds which was on the list of things that reduce COQ10 levels. Why don’t doctors do a better job of explaining these things?
