Sorry, I don’t understand, you were 0.2 years older than your chronological age after taking 9 months AKG? I take it as well since about 8 months and I can’t tell any difference :-S besides I take NMN, Sirtuin6 activator, Fisetin………
@Anne Müller Yeah I was doing very little for longevity before that test in September. So since then I’ve been doing NMN too, plus TMG, lots of polyphenols & the peptides Epitalon & thymosin alpha-1.

U didn’t answer my question about AKG in the last video dedicated to it, so I reiterate: Given that most commercial supplements are in the arginine AKG form, will they do just as well as Ca AKG used in the research?
Berberine has similar effects as metformin (though it effects liver enzymes and so metabolism of some drugs. e.g. Rapamycin)

Why would revving up the Krebs Cycle activate MTOR? I thought MTOR was only activated during fasting and calorie restriction when the Krebs Cycle is at its nadir?
I guess it had good prospects, but for now no any studies have been done on human,only mices and it can have huge differences
