Aging or general health is a function of diet & lifestyle and not the other way around.
#1 You need a low protein diet
#2 You age faster after 40
#3 Carbs age you faster
#4 A bad diet is irreversible
#5 The young need not worry
Attia (perhaps one of few) is still advocating high protein.
