EASY KETO PIZZA! How to Make A Keto Pizza That’s Only 2 Carbs Per Slice

Serving size: 6 slices

Dough:
1.5 cups part skim mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 egg
3/4 cup almond flour
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Toppings:
1 cup low sugar marinara sauce
Pepperoni
1/2 cup low moisture mozzarella cheese
Optional: Basil leaves

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425F. In a bowl, add your mozzarella, parmesan and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute until all the cheese has melted.
2. Mix in your egg and almond flour and knead until a dough has formed. If your dough is super sticky, then you can dust some almond flour on it. Lay this on your countertop until it's combined.
3. Flatten your dough to your desired thickness, add it to your pizza pan OR place it on a cooling rack with an aluminum pan at the bottom. Using a fork, poke holes in your dough to allow it to get crispy
4. Bake for 15 minutes, then take it out, and add your toppings of choice.
5. Bake again for another 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and crust is crispy!
6. Serve and enjoy!

6. ¡Sirve y disfruta!

  1. I love when u leave the actual steps in. I like to compare what mine looks like. To make sure I’m doing it correct. Keep these videos coming. Love them. Also love when natty helps u out. So cute!

    • Thanks babe! Nati loves to be in the videos too🥰 and Yes, more recipes coming your way 🥳

    • Thank you for making it so simple and fun to do! Keto is a lifestyle you can live with and actually enjoy and your presentation has really changed my relationship with food…😁😋

  2. Have made this same dough many times, personally find it’s much easier to skip the microwave and make it in a non-stick pan over low-medium heat to keep your cheese constantly warm enough to maintain it’s elasticity and ability to bind to the almond flour but without adding unwanted moisture from the microwave. Once it’s well mixed, drop it into a bowl to cool slightly, then use hands to mix in the egg before flattening out into the crust.

    • Does this keep it from becoming a paste? Mine always turns pasty, but I just wet my hands and wash it as I spread it. After baking it’s good, but I don’t know if it would be better if done right.

    • @tpmartins I’ve modified my methods a few ways in the year since I posted this, but generally, the “dough” should be kinda wet and sticky. I’m too often making this in a hurry, so I’ll take the entire mix and dump it onto a lightly oiled piece of parchment paper, throw a second piece of paper on top, and spread it out flat, usually using a heavy pan or cookie sheet and then pushing back in any thin or broken edges by hand before sliding the entire thing onto a pizza stone in the oven. Overall, my hands make very little contact with the dough itself now.

  3. I made 2 of these last night and they were AMAZING! My husband and I were seriously shocked at the results. Will be adding this to our dinner rotation frequently. I added a lot more toppings and they were super easy to make! My husband has type 2 diabetes, so I am constantly searching for low carb recipes and this was definitely a winner! Thank you SO much for this recipe! New subscriber!

    • Mine didn’t look as good as yours but its was still delicious…just gonna practice! I’m so glad I can still eat pizza and enjoy it!

    • Same here only I am newly diagnosed diabetic pizzaholic!! I will be adding lots more cheese on top with green peppers and onions! can’t wait to try it!!

  4. It’s snowing here and that always gives me big time carb cravings. This recipe saved the day and my waistline, and it was so delicious! Thank you so much. 😊

  5. I made the pizza for my quarantine cravings, and man! It was so amazing, such a great recipe! I also made sure I flattened the crust enough before baking and it was just perfect.❤️

  6. Glad I found your channel! I’m researching, preparing the pantry, and practicing recipes this month and starting keto in February. I’ve found your videos the most motivating and informative. 😊😊

    Keep them coming please 🤗

  7. Girl this was amazing! I made it today and could not believe how easy it was and most of all delicious 🤤.. Thank you for sharing

  8. All week long I have binged on your videos and thank you so much for putting out content that is not only helpful to stay motivated but also helpful to find keto fun again! 😤😫after last year I was discouraged and now I am not!!! Thank you and I hope you see this 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

  9. Loved this recipe. Tip: always crack your eggs separately before adding. I was making a cheese cake one time and cracked the egg into the bowl and the egg was full of blood. Had to throw everything away and I didn’t have all the ingredients to make a new one.

    • I am 70:years old and I was taught by my Mom, and Home EC class to crack 1 egg at a time in a bowl before adding it to your other ingredients for the reason stated. In my 60 Years of cooking I have had only 1 bloody egg ! They are spoiled, and smell rotton! You never eat them ! It surprises me how many people who cook don’t do this Home EC 101, basic thing !

    • @Cathy Cutler the intent is still there oh my gog is the same as actually saying it in the eyes of the lord

  10. Such a nice receipt. I just made it and it was delicious, tasted like regular pizza and because I don’t like tomatos I used aioli sauce because I didn’t know what else to use, but it was absolutely heavenly. I had a bit of trouble with converting the amounts so I think I used a bit too much cheese, but I only faintly tasted the cheese which was really nice complimented by the aioli sauce. Thank you a thousand times. SO great.

  11. Thank you for being so sweet and creating these videos for serious people like myself trying to turn their life around and becoming healthier. Please pay no attention to the haters because they have miserable lives and that’s why they try to bring good people like you down but I can see that will never happen. God bless you for putting your videos out

  12. Wow, I am amazed, this is soo good! Probably the closest it gets to pizza! I did have to use extra almond flour though, because my dough was tacky with the 3/4 cup. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

  13. I really appreciate watching this in what felt like real time. It’s cool to see you make the adjustments like the rest of us would do at home. Can’t wait to try this one!!!!

  14. Great recipe. And btw, you can also make you own pizza sauce.

Ingredients: A can of diced tomatoes (you can blend it for a few seconds in a MagicBullet so it’s not chunky); Then add a teaspoon or two of Olive Oil ; some salt to your preference; some garlic powder to your preference; and some oregano to your preference. Mix well.

  15. Prepping and baking was perfectly timed. The pizza came out delicious and i toasted a bit more. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

  16. You make so many great yet simple recipes!! 😭 I’m so glad I found your channel!!! Super excited to try many of your creations!! Thanks love!!! 👏🏼

  17. Made our first one tonight, doubled the recipe to make a larger pizza. Amazing taste, I was not expecting such a close match. Only thing I would do is add seasoning to the dough, maybe garlic, oregano? Thanks for sharing this recipe 🙂

  18. Even though this is 2 years old, I totally subscribed after watching this and can’t WAIT to try it tomorrow! I’ve been on the keto train for the last couple of months, craving pizza like crazy, and this looks delicious 🤤. Thanks so much for the video!
