  2. I used to avoid salads because they were “diet food” and never ordered them at a restaurant. Lol. Now I order them all the time and have come to enjoy the colors and crunch! These are beautiful

    • They do. I wish I could just not wash my bagged pre washed salad but I don’t feel right not doing it. Anyone else?

  4. I made all three salads for lunch. I was so excited to try the Mexican salad but it tasted like soap to me. My husband ate it and loved it. He said that it was perfect. So, I left the Cilantro out of the other salads. I added chicken and steak to them.

    • You may need to tweak your macros. Not everyone (especially women) does well with the high fat. Try lowering the fat a bit and replacing with protein. Once you reach your goal weight, you can up your fats. Some people’s bodies just can’t tap into their own fat stores as long as they keep giving it fat through food.

  6. I dont know if you will ever read this but I just want to say thank I’ve been following you & it help me lose abt 25 pounds & I have diabetes & kidney disease and it help my kidney functioning go back and get stable as well as my diabetes 💜🤘

  7. I cut down on the sugar and oil when I make my dressings. Mexican, Italian, Greek, Asian, Mediterranean salads the list goes on. Never gets boring
