  1. As a retired RN, I agree. The growth of bureacracy in health care has reduced the role of the RN to that of someone who ticks off a checklist. No judgment is required. The result? The smart ones leave, and you are left with low-quality people with little grasp of the English language, human relations, or the trajectory of an illness. How in god’s name does someone like that communicate with grieving relatives or explain the nuances of a procedure to a patient? They can’t.

  2. Have to agree: I am 73, so I lived through it, until I retired and went to Europe. More bangs for the buck on the Age Pension. 🇷🇴🇪🇺

  3. I agree completely as an RN that continues to work part time in this bloated healthcare industry. This industry needs a severe pruning starting at the TOP!

  4. No dilly-dallying here!, very concise and upfront about why we’re in this mess Thanks Pran and thanks LCDU🌞

  6. Wow that was great. *Thank you.* Sadly all it did though was confirming what I have been learning over the last 7 years. I’m 65 so I’ve lived through the changes since the late 1950s. Thankfully I learned about low carb 1 year ago and put my diabetes into remission in only 3 months.
