    • I know you didn’t ask me, but I was a big breakfast person, so I started with an hour a week. One week, I would fast until 9 am, and then the next week, I would fast until 10 am, and it became easier each week. Hope this helps

  7. Here are my 5 extra tips to INCREASE your daily manifestations that I’ve learned over the years..πŸ‘‡πŸΎ

    1. Meditate for five minutes a day. During this time focus on how you want your life to be; but place your focus on how you feel AND feel that feeling as if you have already accomplished those goals.
    2. Step outside of your comfort zone. Stop playing it safe and make that decision to finally go for your dreams.
    3. Focus on activities that make you feel truly happy. When you are truly happy you have the best vibrational frequency to manifest your desires.
    4. Avoid the naysayers and surround yourself with people who only lift you higher. Downers will be downers, don’t let them drag you into their misery.
    5. Don’t be afraid to dream and know that you are always supported by the universe.

  8. I really want to get back to fasting but it will be hard without the morning coffee but I’m really going to try. On Sunday night/Monday morning. For my ribeyes only thing you need is some kosher salt & that’s it. Thanks for all your recipes. Cracking down & getting back to my low carb lifestyle.

  9. I got some of the choczero products to use as treats. The strawberry jam is delicious. So are the white peanut butter cups. One is enough after dinner and it keeps me from searching in the fridge after supper. β™₯️
