  1. Where did she study dietetics? Most are not even able to mention life without carbs yet here she is going against the grain.

  2. Thank you. I’ve been low carb for 22 months now and have watched a lot of videos. There were a few great tips here that I hadn’t heard or thought of.

  3. Hi there
That was fabulous. I’ve been keto for two years or so but still learnt something from you. Also many questions I had not quite formulated were answered in the simplest way possible. One question I would like to ask you is
What is your spin on the “Aldi” low carb bread?
    Thanks for the great talk
    Regards
    Joe

  4. As universities promote misinformation having a masters is no real badge of honor. Nothing wrong with playing the game and using the time to research real facts and knowledge though which I guess you would have probably done.

  5. Thank you for this. It is hard fitting in with everyone else”s ideas of what is a healthy diet. So ideas of exactly what to eat is useful.

  6. Thanks for the great presentation. I’ve watched hundreds of video’s, related to healthy living ,and this is in my top 3. I’ve been on the keto diet for 3 years and it has reversed my diabetes.

  7. No carbs not low carbs. We dont need them at all. Carnivore all the way. Dr Mason is a carnivore. Most dont know this and he does not advertise this, but he is. Supermarket…straight to the meat section, then leave. Very simple very quick.

  8. Food labels ? If it’s got more than 1 ingredient then don’t eat it.
If it’s got a bar code don’t eat it.
Nutrition label – Don’t eat it.
Servings size ? Don’t eat it.
If Paleo man wouldn’t recognise it then don’t eat it.
If you need to count macros you’re doing something wrong.

    Carnivore is proper human behaviour.

  9. Wow. Great video. Just what I was looking for, especially the products that can be bought from Supermarkets which are low Carb. I am 2 months into Keto and it gets pretty hard having to cook for yourself everyday (no one else in my family is on Keto) – so it’s great to know where to find low carb ready food options in Oz. Thanks again for an excellent presentation !!

  10. I was GF for years. This year, I learned almonds and any product made from them is high in oxalates. Reading Sally K. Norton’s book helped me immensely.

  11. Just be careful that all the fake carbs don’t keep you addicted to real carbs. Plenty of people do fine on the fake stuff and the variety and taste help them stay low-carb… but for many, those things (especially anything with sweetener) keep them wanting carbs and it causes them to relapse. The reality is, some people need to stick with the basics (meat, maybe eggs), the more boring the better.
