  3. Two small cauliflower pizza crusts, in different brands at two different grocery stores where I shop, is $7.99. No toppings, just the crust. They all said gluten free, but starches etc, that arenโ€™t low carb.

  5. It’s even better if you put the rice in a paper towel or cheese cloth and squeeze out extra water. The dryer the better. Also Italian seasoning in the crust is good.

    • I was just going to say why not use a strainer then squeeze it the rest liquid out. Like I do with zucchini since there’s so much water.

  8. I put in some nutritional yeast in mine and use fresh cauliflower and put
    it in my food processor and chop it up a little bit. I also sprinkle Italian seasoning on it. Itโ€™s delicious.

  9. Thatโ€™s almost the way I make it but I add some almond flour just to make it bind better. (Except I use fresh riced cauliflower. No need to squeeze the liquid, the almond flour will soak it up.

  10. you have to look at the cauliflower crust pizzas lots of them use rice flour in them and are just as high in carbs as a regular pizza. I have made pizza from fresh Cauliflower works great, just getting the water out is the pain part of the process. I bought a juicer and run the cauliflower through it.

  12. You don’t have to squeeze the rice. You can cook it in a frying pan to to evaporate the water out. Cook on medium until it doesn’t sizzle anymore and it’s just barely lightly browned.

  13. Another option if you use fresh/frozen full cauliflower is to air fry it a few minutes before ricing it. It removes the moisture and gives that same kind of texture
