  1. I meal prep for supper which for me is as soon as I’m home from work by 4pm.. I make breakfast every morning full of protein and I skip lunch as I’m busy at work. This works for me great for maintenance mode.. πŸ’‹πŸ§šπŸ»β€β™€οΈβ€οΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

  2. My breakfast usually consists of full fat Greek yogurt with chocolate protein powder, and chocolate LMNT and a side of cucumbers.

    • @Low Carb Love I absolutely love it. I use it for a lot of things. Coffee, ice cream, my yogurt bowl. If I’m making chocolate chaffles etc

    • I wish I liked the chocolate one… I love the grapefruit, Lemon Habanero, watermelon, mango chili. I do want to try the chocolate christmas trio .

    • @JasCat the caramel is good and the mint is okay. I thought the mint would be more minty. I have used all of the chocolate ones to make a high protein ice cream. I have drank every flavor they have and have enjoyed them all.

  4. I meal prep on weekends. I make a protein, roast veggies, a soup, and chop up veg for salads and clean my strawberries. Sometimes I make an oven sheet pan breakfast omelette or egg cups. When I don’t do this I find myself not eating as healthy

  5. I Meal prep Sundays and I do lunch and dinner. Which is literally just chicken and veggies. We always have fresh fruit out. I have horrible gerd so I’m really limited on what I can actually eat/ drink. I needed this for breakfast because I usually just do a protein shake and a banana

  6. I have fallen in love with the mini cooked shrimp in my omelets. I would add tham to your mix. I cook it in my mini waffel maker.
    I love what your doing now.

  7. I try to meal prep breakfast, dinner and snacks. Lunch is usually a low carb sandwich which I make that day depending on what I feel like eating. I under cook my eggs so that they don’t get rubbery when I reheat them.
