I’m so glad to see you here. I value the information you put out!
Agreed
That’s great! I’m truly glad you were able to learn so much.
Hes forgetting to tell us that these foods must be the unpasteurized type.
So that would be raw dairy?
@Andrea Carolina TRUJILLOpasteurization is used to kill bacteria using heat. They do this to more than just milk and most store bought pickles/sauerkraut is likely pasteurized if not explicitly said otherwise.
Dont you have to buy/make salt water pickles cause the vinegar kills the probiotics?
Ye salt fermented
EXCELLENT!
Thank you, my pleasure!
Coconut Kefir if milk is not an option. It’s yummy
😮😮
Thanks Dr Berg 🎉!
Not a problem!
Would kefir be ok for lactose intolerant people?

Thanks for the raw vegs which are practical and doable. Thats the imp part of any health regime. Its DOABLE. THankyou so much dr Berg. Always on the lookout for Your videos. God bless.
I never considered that raw veggies grown in soil were that loaded. Thanks for the knowledge. We’ve taken to snapping off our asparagus and just eating it raw. It’s so much better than hoping it doesn’t get stringing when cooking!!!And it’s very tasty!
