    • In another video he mentions lemon juice and apple cider vinegar, I think, mixed in with water to put a double whammy on liver function. I’ll have a tablespoon of each in a cup or so of water and throw in a tiny bit of stevia to sweeten it up, from time to time.

    • Just choline alone? Does citicoline help the same? How about Choline and Milk Thistle together? Sorry I’m just having problems with my liver and appreciate any information.
I’ve been taking NAC for the past 6 months and just switched to Milk Thistle.. I’ve always heard of choline for brain

  1. I know many doctors that adjust insulin according to the sugars they eat. They dont tell them to stop eating simple carbs & sugars.

    • Internal Medicine Doctors only get 20 Hours of Dietary Instruction in all their years of training. Not even a Full Day. No wonder they send you to the Dietitians – who tell you to eat low fat and too many carbs. 😏

  2. I can listen to you all day
Dr Berg! You are brilliant and have far beyond what anyone would do! Thank you!!❤

  3. Awesome data!! Good point!! That’s also why, when you stop eating crap including bad carbs, your glucose may still be high in the morning for a while?

  4. Work colleague (type 2) was advised by her doctor that it was okay to have oats and honey for breakfast, biscuit snack mid morning, sandwiches for lunch with a diet soft drink, biscuits mid-afternoon and dinner in evening to include carbs.
When she was busy and skipped the mid morning or mid afternoon snack she seemed to go into meltdown, involuntarily.
It was like the plant in little shop of horrors, feed me now.
Twice I had to call her husband.
Poor woman – she put in more and more weight over the time I knew her.
I did feel for her- the whole office thought something was awry and looked like she was spiralling but doctors are akin to modern gods.

    • Ah yes I remember now what she used to say ‘the doctor said I need to eat at regular intervals throughout the day, I need to stay topped up, I can’t let my blood sugar drop.’

    • Doctors akin to modern Gods?
😂 That’s exactly what they’ve wanted the population to think, and why were all in trouble metabolically speaking.
      Give me a freaking BREAK!

    • @@tunatony yes agree. I think they’re amazing for the ‘oh my god emergencies’ like amputations or c-sections or anti biotics for life or death, resuscitation and some of the pills that actually work and make a difference.
But on the whole, most problems are things they shouldn’t be getting involved with. Might as well be handing out leeches. I’ve started calling the typical doctor leech pedlars. They can’t help it though, ‘they know not what they do’

  5. Since I stopped eating carbs, thx to keto, my blood sugar is under complete control. Thanks Doc for your precious advice and expertise
