  1. Oh my God, I need all these vitamins 😔. Thank you so much Dr.Berg, your knowledge is precious for all of us 🙏 !

    • 2 to 3 boiled eggs a day, with oatmeal, and kiwi or orange.

Egg had all the vitamins, minerals and protein, except vitamin c, you can get vitamin c from orange or better golf kiwi. Oatmeal lowers cholesterols.

I hope more people eat healthier.

    • Thanks a lot for your advice 🙏! The point is I eat healthy. One boiled egg per day, seeds, avocado, honey, cheese, extra virgin olive oil, olive oils, homemade bread with wholegrain flour. Maybe I’ll try eating more than one eggs 😊.

    • @@Maggie-zw9jq Nice, I will definitely try some of your diet foodz too, but avocados are too expensive in uk, I least in city where I live. I can only afford 2 avocados in a month lol. God bless you.

    • @@NajBily God bless you too! To be honest I buy avocado from Sainstbury’s. It costs 0.79 and I eat half per day, so it’s not that expensive. I think 3 eggs a day are more expensive 😊.

    • @@NajBily 1 egg is approx 50 grams, every nutrition in eggs you google showcase 100grams in eggs ( meaning 2 ) but the amount of vitamins in 2 eggs is not enough, 2 eggs give 10% of daily vit b6, 7% in vit E, 0.25 in vit K, and minerals dont reach 10% in iron or 2.9 % magnesium, and the rest as well, so eggs are healthy, but not nearly enough, so at that point we cant escape taking supplements for more vitamins, if they work that is.

  2. Could you do a video on Glycine. I accidently discovered it and it is definitely a mood elevator with great neurological benefits. Perhaps this is what is missing in our diets and boosting big pharma antidepressant sales. Love your content!

  3. Good morning Dr Berg, I used to have all those symptoms and more, with your help resolved all of them and more. I do healthy Keto IF OMAD every month prolonged fast and take your supplements. Thank you Sir. God Bless You and your family. Because of you we have somewhat faith left in medical profession.

  4. I believe I used to be quite defienct in B1 and many other vitamins/minerals.I think I’m correcting the problem now.Not following any particular diet like keto.Yet.But do fast twice a week.I have switched from fast food burgers to 100 percent grass fed and finished ground beef and steak.Turned to healthier breads and choosing almond flour over the common processed flour. Replacing soda with kombucha synergy and other healthier alternatives.Komucha taste good except it’s not addictive like soda.Eating more greens.I’d say I feel happier then I’ve ever been.Weight has never been a problem for me though.Dispite eating a lot of junk food.

  6. This is very concise and helpful! I don’t have any of those symptoms except a kind of low-grade Anxiety which is what’s left from a very stressful period. Benfotiamine has eased the Anxiety greatly. i also take D3/K2, Cod Liver Oil and Potassium and Magnesium, but generally prefer to get my nutrients from good whole foods and don’t eat a lot.

  7. Thanks Dr Berg! Your earlier videos on these help me and so many people ❤❤❤it really simplifies my life a lot.

  8. Doctor Berg am extremely grateful for your help in those videos. I have a problem with my hands feeling numb, heavy, burning, and even painful am so scared of the feelings. Thanks in advance

  9. Could you elaborate on potassium supplementation? I bought some tablets but they are not anywhere close to being enough.

  10. Beer drinking and diet was robbing my body of B-1 causing anxiety attacks.
It took me decades to figure out what was going on.
No Doctor I saw addressed the deficiency at-all.
They put me on the Big Pharma route, -of course.
When I started an elimination diet, eventually settling on a modified Keto / low-carb diet, all symptoms went away.

    Thanks Dr. Berg!
