  1. I sure wish we could get these as a Dr. Berg brand! I personally don’t trust too many supplement companies. ❤ TUDCA! 💯 Have a great day, Dr. Berg!

  2. Good morning Dr Berg thankyou for keeping everyone healthy with all of your informative videos. So my question is do we have to take all of these supplements together or choose only one? I have no gallbladder and HCL Betaine is not helping much anymore. Thanks again Happy Holidays Love and God bless ❤️ 🙏🏻

  3. Whiteboard is wonderful, sound is good, pronunciation is great and the information is superb. Thank you Dr Berg and support team today.

    • you mentioned things that I also appreciate. If voice is quirky, if the point is not gotten to quickly enough i am usualy out of there…..and if they did have good info, it never makes the mark.

  4. Dr Berg…perfect timing as always as I continue to streamline my daily nutrition…my frustration is that my natural daily intake regimen is starting to look like a medicine cabinet…was wondering if you could do a video on 3 major items to take for men and women out side of a good multi liquid vitamin…help, I’m running out of room in my pantry 😂😂😂

    • Same here, I’ve had too many pills and powders and I don’t even know if what they’ve supposed to be is what’s really in them; I’m down to using just magnesium, potassium, d3/k2 mk7, B1, B6 and creatine with what I think is decent nutrition for me; my blood count, blood pressure/heart rate is good with that lot and exercise but it still seems like too much. All those supplements seem to be helping with recovery from past brain injuries and seizures, so even if that’s only a placebo effect it’s at least helping me psychologically but it’s possible I could do that by controlling my own mind without them as I’m a big believer that we can cause or trigger symptoms and feelings negatively or positively ourselves.

    • Some things are meant to be taken temporarily to HEAL. Most are to assist you until you start EATING BETTER AND EXERCISING. Very very few are meant for a lifetime unless something has happened and you have to replace something daily because you don’t produce or process it. The rest, you keep in your pantry for when needed just like any other medicine

    • @@NoName88837if your insurance allows it or your budget, I suggest checking your blood work every 6-8 weeks. That way you know what you are taking is not causing adverse effects. Keep a daily journal. It allows you to have a on going record of how your supplements and diet affect how you feel and your actual blood work. Everything in moderation is not just a saying. And 36 hour water fasting once a week is a good practice as well. Same with the supplements. Once you have achieved a certain level, it’s best to back off to taking them on 4 or 5 days a week. Or every other day. Also daily fasting doesn’t hurt either…. Like last meal at 6pm or something…..

  5. Dr. Berg, could you please considering doing a video on interactionism of supplements? I’m wondering if there are any nutrients or combinations that should not be taken together. Wouldn’t want to accidentally form a new compound during digestion that was harmful.

  6. It’s crazy that this is the first time I am hearing that AHCC may help with the virus *that can’t be named on YouTube*. Dr Berg for the win, as always!🙌🏻

  7. Thank you, Dr. Berg. I really took all your advice into consideration. I do believe you have brought me back from a very bad health situation.

  8. Thanks dr berg i just bought AHCC. Ive had abnormal cells in my cervix for 5 years now and nothing ive tried is budging. Love ya work ❤

  9. Concerning Tudca which I applaud, I wish bear bile would be outlawed in Asia. They don’t kill bears by extracting it- they torture the bears for years. A very inhumane industry, outlawed now in Vietnam, at least. Check out Animals Asia, Save the bears , and Four Paws International to see exactly what is going on.
