  4. I love your suggestions and easy snack ideas! I like to pop my own popcorn on the stove using coconut oil.

    • FYI: you can pop popcorn in the microwave. No oil of any kind. Use a brown lunch bag, add kernels and pop 🍿

  5. Chewing a snack like the tuna is so much more fulfilling than eating the bar or drinking a shake. Using slimfast was pure hell for me.

  8. Really loved the idea for the stuffed jalapeño! Usually just used cheese and almonds to stuff them. Must try your version.

  9. A tip for less spicy jalapeños is to also buy the ones that seem over ripe (softer jalapeños) and they will be even less spicy once the veins and seeds are removed. ☺
