  2. If you make your own ACV, you will definitely see the “mother”. It is a large scoby like what you see in brewing kombucha like a cross between a mushroom and a pancake

    • Yeah, I think what he’s saying is that most of them that include the scoby pasteurise it, so even though they include the scoby, it’s dead.

    • The apple you use to make acv also matters…many people have gotten good results from Braggs so I don’t know what to say.

  4. Some of the vinegar companies have been known to add preservatives to vinegar which is naturally a preservative. To prolong shelf life.

  5. Before this I was using Bragg’s. I am using Fairchild’s now. Wow! What a difference! It’s like drinking Bragg’s undiluted! Hehe. So sour! Thank you Dr. B

  6. I make my own and I do have the actual mother in my ACV. It is like a jellyfish substance. The stuff that sits in the bottom of the container is from the apple .

    • I will always be jealous of you people that can create your own things without screwing it up. I tried pickling cabbage and it ended up growing this weird white substance at the top.

    • I thought this would happen to me too because it happened when I tried to make vinegar but if you wash the cucumbers onions etc that you want to pickle and then put the appropriate amount of salt they really cannot grow in there once you put enough pickling salt stuff just dies​@@dimaknopf

    • @@dimaknopf the white substance called kahm yeast they are harmless. Just use paper towel to clean it out after the end of fermentation. Make sure all your vegetables submerge under the brime.

  7. People said that Bill Gate bought BRAGG’s ACV and added something extra to it. Maybe not true . But the news is online . Fairchild is my brand .

    • Braggs use to be good. I used it as a base for making my own apple cigar vinegar. Gave it all away when I moved a long distance and went to do the same thing. Failed.

  8. WARNING – Brags uses Apeel apples also called Edipeel consists of purified monoglycerides and diglycerides. Apeel was named as a WEF Technology Pioneer in 2018.

  9. if you are in UK I recommend Willy’s ACV organic probiotic, raw and unpasteurised. I found mine in Waitrose
