  1. I started using berberine at the end of August. Within 3 weeks I noticed my waistline started to return.
I have always been fit, eat well and work out. I teach fitness. However, March 2020 came along and my gym closed. Not motivated enough to workout at home. Got into the habit of eating cake and cookies all afternoon with tea. I probably gained almost 30 lbs. MISERABLE.
Researched berberine. I’m down 25 lbs since last August. It’s great for diabetics. Although I am not diabetic.

  2. Curious if you get leg cramps on keto. I’ve followed you for years. I have issues on keto with cramps/magnesium deficiency. You’re great and I enjoy following you on instagram and here. Thank you for what you do! 🩷🩷🩷

  3. I use the white kidney bean carb blockers. I’ve lost 300lbs with no ozempic or surgery.
Personal experience is that I’m always going to have to stay low carb because I obviously do not process carbs correctly because as soon as I introduce them even at a lower amount, I have a 5+ weight gain.

  4. I want to thank you again. You are right about what we are not taught. Since listening to you, I have learned those bad oils are inflammatory for me. My stomach and my joints pay for it when I eat things that are bad for me. Another thing I have come to realize is how much I eat when I’m bored and I also have that terrible habit of eating while watching TV. I’m aware now and instead I will occupy my hands with other things even if it’s just playing a game on my phone. I also just eat smaller meals and my stomach seems to be happier. As much as I would like to get rid of the extra pounds, I just want to feel better and small steps are working for me. I’m listening to you and my body. Thank you so much!

  5. I have diabetes and have used all the injectables out there to help lower my blood sugar and I never lose a pound. The only time I’ve ever lost a significant amount of weight is on keto.

  6. I took ozempic and post 50 lbs. I’m diabetic so it was prescribed for that. While it did get my blood sugar under control, it caused terrible digestive issues, so I stopped. I have never gained weight back so quickly! I was pushed and pushed by my doctor to take weightloss/diabetic meds. Never again. It will all be diet and exercise from now on.

  7. I have been on Ozempic since last April. I went from 295 lbs to my current weight of 239. At first I was eating the same as I always was, but over time I have made healtheir choices. I also have become more active, walking more and doing moderate weight training.Ozempic helps me to feel fuller on less food, thus making it easy to maintain my calorie deficit. I am confident I will reach my goal weight of 175 lbs. I’ve been losing between 1-2 pounds per week. The only mild side effects have been some nausea (at first) and constipation (solved by eating more fiber and drinking more water}. My doctors say I will be on it long term.

  8. I thinking it same people will go to medication or surgery but will not change their eating habits. I understand their is sometimes its the only option but it should be the last option.

  9. Totally agree with you in choosing a lifestyle that is sustainable for the rest of your life. I have been a Wt. Watcher’s Lifetimer since about 1980. I gained about 10 lbs during that 44 year life journey but for the most part I have been below goal now and most of that time. It is because it is sustainable for me. I feel great!

  10. You’ve inspired me to start keto I already have so much more energy thank you for all you do!!!!❤❤❤
