Great information!ℹ️
A well-rounded experience covering diverse subjects and themes; a true multimedia journey.😘
It’s disturbing walking into a normal grocery store.
No, it’s not. If it is why on earth would you go?
Sad but true. Time to grow and make your own. Thank you, Dr Berg.
When you boil an egg it becomes processed. You can’t unboil it.
Processed doesn’t mean bad.
@@master-oppressor processed vs ultra processed
@@hazy9785 That’s not even a thing, bruh.
@@master-oppressor of course it is! Why not?
@@master-oppressorThat’s not what processed is referring to in this context, and you’re well aware of that
If you want to get people to eat healthier, then you need to make a bag of apples cheaper than a bag of M&Ms
Up next… you will eat ze bugs!
Processed means to change.
Bread is processed.
Soup is, too.
Processed doesn’t mean it’s bad.
Not always, but most of the time. It really depends on what the definition of “ultra processed” really means.
@@Sir_Robin_of_Camelot A t-shirt is processed from cotton.
An axe is processed from iron.
Process means to change.
That’s crazy
Too bad it makes up 95% of the choices in the stores. Get real bud.
Your point? Is it not still a choice?
Yup, every year, the produce section at my local supermarket gets smaller. It’s ironic, I live in one of the most abundant and diverse produce producing parts of the world, yet, it’s hard to find that produce at the local grocery store, it’s all funneled to fancy restaurants.
He didnt explain anything………….nothing……..there is comments of praise for this video……NOT 1 THING WAS EXPLAINED. HE DIDNT EVEN COMPLETELY EXPLAIN WHAT PROCESSED FOODS ARE. PEOPLE ARE PRAISING HIM. idc which way you go…… yall are MINDLESS SHEEEEEEEEP
That’s sad. L
Ultra processed garbage is taking over unfortunately. Grow your own and/or support your local farmers. Thanks, Dr Berg 👍🏻🥦
I don’t drink sodas.meats and veggies and beans rice fruits I eat.
Just take a look at everyone else’s cart. Then look at yours and realize you are a big part of the 17% – 29%
Healthy food is expensive. Do you know the percentage of fully employed people that have to visit food banks because they can’t afford any food after the cost of living keeps skyrocketing. 😅
I am surprised the percentages are that low..lol.
