  1. If you want to get people to eat healthier, then you need to make a bag of apples cheaper than a bag of M&Ms

    • Not always, but most of the time. It really depends on what the definition of “ultra processed” really means.

    • @@Sir_Robin_of_Camelot A t-shirt is processed from cotton.

An axe is processed from iron.

      Process means to change.

  2. Yup, every year, the produce section at my local supermarket gets smaller. It’s ironic, I live in one of the most abundant and diverse produce producing parts of the world, yet, it’s hard to find that produce at the local grocery store, it’s all funneled to fancy restaurants.

  3. He didnt explain anything………….nothing……..there is comments of praise for this video……NOT 1 THING WAS EXPLAINED. HE DIDNT EVEN COMPLETELY EXPLAIN WHAT PROCESSED FOODS ARE. PEOPLE ARE PRAISING HIM. idc which way you go…… yall are MINDLESS SHEEEEEEEEP

  4. Ultra processed garbage is taking over unfortunately. Grow your own and/or support your local farmers. Thanks, Dr Berg 👍🏻🥦

  5. Just take a look at everyone else’s cart. Then look at yours and realize you are a big part of the 17% – 29%

  6. Healthy food is expensive. Do you know the percentage of fully employed people that have to visit food banks because they can’t afford any food after the cost of living keeps skyrocketing. 😅
