    • Yeah, this is when I get off track when I run out of food and it’s not prepped I end up eating out which is the wrong stuff or I come home when I eat more than I should’ve the wrong stuff you were absolutely 100% right I am going to do this!😮❤

    • I like to meal prep patties, like turkey burger patties. I feel those are an easy and versatile prep. But I really loved you lemony chicken idea! Definitely will try as I always love another tasty recipe to have with feta ❤

  9. I like the tip you gave about the seasoning blend. I have a lot of different seasonings, and getting blends would allow me to downsize in all the seasonings I have. I do have some blends though. Two of my fav blends are Ms. Dash and Tabitha Brown….I get mine from Amazon 😊

  10. I’m starting my weight loss journey and I’m including a lot of your recipes. I love, love your channel and you…..I’m not sure about lunch….any simple recipes for lunch…ty 💕

    • A easy lunch I found is canned tuna, mayo, kimchi, taco or hot sauce, some nits or hard boiled egg and pickle relish. Eat as is, top on a salad or put on low carb bread or inna low carb wrap option. Basically a tuna and kimchi salad with multiple applications. Egg and veggie and meat frittatas are a good one too, especially if you do mini ones using like a muffin tin that’s been greased. Airfryer omelettes are another variation as well. Then there is egg drop soup using bone broth, 2 eggs, onion, sweet peppers, mushrooms, and some xantham gum as thickener. I can do a basic one with a bit if ginger, pepper, salt. And garlic or a spicy one by adding a pinch of pepper flakes or do a miso one, curry seasoned using curry powder or even a miso curry or add some sauerkraut and stevia for a sweet and sour version. Add a bit if chicken or pork for extra protein. And then there are low carb egg and veggie tacos. This one uses taco seasoning, 2 eggs, frozen fajitas veggies, and a low carb tortilla or any low carb wrap option. I’ve added things like tripas, ground beef, or chicken for extra protein. Though with tripas I also add a bit if hot sauce to cover the metallic taste of the organ meat.
