  1. If you just crinkle up the parchment paper, you don’t have to spray the pan to get it to fit nicely in there. Less cleaning.

  4. Add a little egg to the chocolate mixture while wisking to cool it down, then add the chocolate to the eggs.

  5. Tip: For the parchment to not slide around, scrunch your parchment up into a ball then smooth it out and it’ll to sit in the pan nicer.

  6. Looks delicious 😋😋, dear Mayra, …. *buuuuut pleeeeeeeeaseeeee* use a Spatula to scrape the whole batter out of the bowl just because the ingredients are way too expensive to waste them!! *THANK YOU!!* 😊

  7. Boil a pan of water (about ½ a pan), on your stove. Switch off the gas and sit your bowel of chocolate chips/broken up chocolate on top of the pan full of water, the heat from the water underneath will quickly melt your choccy without any burning. Just the occasional light stir needed to fold in any not melting quickly enough.
    Easy peasy.
