    • That blocks about half typically. There are ways to put an entirely red filter that block a lot more. On iPhone, it’s under the accessibility tab in the settings.

    • @@everett-4536 great thank you at least I know I’m blocking at least half of it. I need to get a red filter or an iPhone

  1. Number 69: eat raw meat and stay in the sun in a forest and you don’t need shitty exercises, fasting, pills, running and plants

  2. Sleep 7-8 hours? COMPLETE NONSENSE ADVICE. Amazing that are a complete ignoramus when it comes to sleep needs. IT IS HIGHLY INDIVIDUAL. 6-9 hours actual physiological sleep need is completely normal, so the range is wide. Saying people need to sleep 7-8 hours is the height of ignorance. Do better.
