  1. Doesnt glycine extend life expectancy blocking methionine which produces catalese which gets rid of hydrogen peroxidd? Therefore doesnt excess glycine make you go gray?

    • Do you have a link for this? I had a mix of white appearing in my beard UNTIL AFTER about 3 months on extra glycine and many others… It is now almost a medium gray ..if it keeps going I might be white & gray free in another 6 months or year maybe…
