In this video, we’re going to look at some of the benefits of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice and how they can be used to make an effective, natural liver cleanser.

The acetic acid in apple cider vinegar is the main source of its benefits. Apple cider vinegar can help combat insulin resistance and make you more sensitive to insulin.

When you’re more insulin-sensitive, you have better blood sugar, better cognitive function, less stored fat in the liver, and less inflammation.

Apple cider vinegar also helps reduce oxidative stress and can slow free radical damage. It helps you store glycogen in the liver, which helps with exercise and stamina. Apple cider vinegar improves digestion and can decrease bloating and appetite.

I quarter a whole lemon in a blender and then add water to about 16 ounces and add Dr. Berg Lemon Raspberry Electrolyte Formula! Oh man, it is absolutely delicious!!! Thank you for all you do!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

  4. I deeply appreciate your recommendations, deat Dr. Berg, at least I begun to do the apple cider vinegar, after I’ve forgotten it for whatever reason. You reminded me to struve doing more for my health. Together with returning to the sane practice of physical exercise. We do wrong when we ask God to help us with good health but we don’t do neither exercise nor changes in the food we eat.

    Ive been following your content for a long time and helped a lot on my immunity and such.
    Would like to know whats your POV on carnivore diet.
    Im starting carnivore, but I’ll dirty it for a bit with sourkreut, kefir, 10k vit D3, some good quality natural oils and omegas and occasional barries on the side.
    How much is that sustainable from your POV? I’ll try it no matter what for 60 days and see what to do after that.

  13. I’ve been blending 1 lemon (cut into quarters) in my blender with a cup of ice and some water and a pinch of celtic salt to make a smoothie every day and this has been amazing. It cuts out my hunger for many hours (bitter foods latch onto receptors in the stomach and satiate hunger for a while). Meyer lemons work best, but even regular lemons aren’t too bitter when blended up with ice. Sometimes I add a squirt of Mio drink mix (berry) to change up the flavor a bit. Clearly a lot of vitamin c in this smoothie, but it has had amazing effects for me and I haven’t had a cold in months.
